Driving the 120 miles from Las Vegas to Death Valley, I came across this weathered sign on US Highway 95, giving drivers three choices, none of which directed them to the two obvious tourist destinations. Like the abandoned towns that dot the desolate highway, the sign seems to have been erected to save three of them but in the process it too was cast off.
